Article 9. Duration

9.1 This contract is concluded between the Publisher and the User, as soon as the latter accepts it. In case of refusal, the User undertakes to stop using the Site. The contract is concluded for the entire duration of the use of the Site and the Forum.

9.2 Failure to comply with any obligation contained in these TOS shall result in the immediate termination of the contract between the Publisher and the User, without prejudice to any damages for the Publisher.
